Dirk Benedict- BIO
Dirk Benedict was born in Montana on March 1st, 1945. He was raised in
the country, far away from anything connected with movies or acting. He
gathered his first experiences in acting (on a dare) in a college production of
“Showboat” where he got the main part. His father, a lawyer, died when Dirk was 18, which was hard for him to take. While working on Georgia, Georgia (1972) in Sweden, he made the first contact with a macrobiotic diet and changed his eating habits drastically. He was 26 at that time. A few years later, doctors found that he had cancer of the prostate. He refused to accept the usual treatment and moved away to a secluded cottage. Dirk managed to cure himself from cancer by following the rules of his macrobiotic diet. When he got his part as “Starbuck” in “Battlestar Galactica (1978), the doctors stated that he was in good health.
Dirk’s main successes were “Battlestar Galactica” and “The A-Team” (1983) in

Tom Kane

Tom Kane

Tom Kane started doing voiceover work professionally at the age of 15. By the time he got out of college he had done several hundred commercials, and by 23 he was in Chicago, regularly landing National TV spots.

Tom’s tremendous vocal range has led to a very busy career. Every week, he records dozens of Movie Trailers, Commercials, Network TV Promos, Video Games and Cartoons.

His voice can currently be heard in The Last Jedi (as Admiral Ackbar), Rogue One, The Force Awakens, The Clone Wars (as Jedi Master Yoda, Admiral Yularen and the show Narrator), Archer, Star Wars Rebels, at the Walt Disney Theme Parks as the voice of The Monorail System and a half-dozen Star Wars rides and attractions. On any given day, he is heard on a half-dozen Movie Trailers, and TV commercials for clients such as Hotwire, Walmart, Jeep, Netflix, Nintendo, Propel Water, McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, and network promos for CBS, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, FOX… talking Christmas Tree ornaments and greeting cards for Hallmark… the list goes on.

In addition to voicing Yoda, Admiral Ackbar and Admiral Yularen for Lucasfilm/Disney’s Star Wars Feature Films, Rebels, The Clone Wars and the LEGO Movie and TV Series, he has starring and Special Guest roles in Archer, Family Guy, The Powerpuff Girls, Scooby Doo, Shrek 3, Robot Chicken, Kim Possible, The Avengers, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, Iron Man, The Wild Thornberrys, Wolverine and the X-Men and dozens of other animated series going back 25 years.

Tom has been in almost every Star Wars game ever made, as well as games based on Star Trek, The X-Men, Batman, The Avengers, The Lord of the Rings and more.

An unusual area of Kane’s work is voice-doubling. When celebrities are not available to do their post-production, testing or Trailer dialogue recording, Tom fills in for A-Listers such as Morgan Freeman, Anthony Hopkins, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan, Liam Neeson and others.

He has also been the live Announcer for three AFI Lifetime Achievement Award telecasts, as well as the Live Broadcast Announcer for The 78th, 80th, 83rd and 84th Academy Awards on ABC.
